🎟️ Minimum Ticket Sales Requirement

  • When an Event sells 100+ Tickets, the Artist receives 60% payout from Ticket Sales -- No Hidden Fees, No Confusion.

  • When 26-99 Tickets are sold, the Artist receives 30% Payout from Ticket Sales.

  • When 0-25 Tickets are sold, the Artist does not receive a payout.

    A minimum of 25 tickets must be sold to cover platform and processing costs. Artists who sell 25 or fewer tickets will not receive a payout, though their event will still stream as scheduled.

This pricing model ensures every AmpliViibe event delivers an engaging experience for fans while keeping platform operations sustainable.

Q: What is the minimum ticket price?

A: The minimum ticket price for any event is $20 USD.

Artists may choose to set their ticket price to any amount that their fans will willingly pay.

Q: Is there a minimum number of tickets I must sell?

A: Yes, each event requires a minimum of 100 tickets sold to receive the full 60% payout.

26-99 Tickets Sold: Artist receives 30% Payout

0-25 Tickets Sold: Artist does not receive any payout as that amount of tickets sold must cover operational costs and merchant fees to ensure AmpliViibe, LLC is able to continue providing this service to artists globally

Q: How long can my show be?

A: To ensure a smooth streaming experience, all event videos must be 60 minutes or less. This helps maintain high-quality video and audio for your audience and keeps production consistent across the platform.

Q: How much do I earn as an artist?

A. Artist Payout Structure

100+ Tickets Sold: Artists receive 60% of ticket revenue.

26–99 Tickets Sold: Artists receive 30% of ticket revenue.

0–25 Tickets Sold: Artists do not receive a payout. Revenue from these ticket sales is retained by AmpliViibe, LLC to cover operational and merchant processing costs, ensuring the platform can continue providing live event services to artists globally.

The remainder of ticket sales fund operational costs, merchant fees, platform fees, administrative time & business costs. The more shows hosted and tickets sold on AmpliViibe, higher payout tiers with increased percentages for Artists become available.

Q: How does the process work?

A: Event Submission Process

- Record your show/event/performance

- Complete the AmpliViibe Event Submission Form

- Upload your recorded show video of 60 minutes or less to AmpliViibe via the submission link sent to your email

- Once AmpliViibe receives your show/event recording, your unique event ticket sales link will be generated within 2 weeks & sent to you to share with your fans, followers, friends & family!

- Share your link and sell tickets

- Event goes live and your genius is now being shared with the world!

- Artists are paid within 30 days after the virtual event goes live (dependent on 3rd party merchant holds)

Q: When do I get paid?

A: Earnings from ticket sales are paid to artists after the event concludes

Q: Can I host multiple events?

A: Absolutely! You can host as many events as you like and earn from each one.

Q: What kind of support is available?

A: Our team is here to help with uploading, event setup, and any questions you have along the way

🎥 High-Quality Audio & Video Requirements

1️⃣ Video Requirements

Resolution: Minimum 1080p (1920×1080), recommended 4K (3840×2160) for high-end productions.

Frame Rate: 24, 30, or 60 FPS (consistent throughout the video).

File Format: MP4 (H.264 codec recommended).

Bitrate: Minimum 5 Mbps, recommended 10 Mbps for HD streaming.

Orientation: Landscape (16:9). Portrait video is not recommended.

Aspect Ratio: 16:9 preferred; other ratios may be letterboxed automatically.

Max Time Limit: 60 Minutes per Event


2️⃣ Audio Requirements

Channels: Stereo audio (2 channels).

Sample Rate: 44.1 kHz or 48 kHz.

Bitrate: Minimum 128 kbps, recommended 256–320 kbps for high fidelity.

Format: Audio embedded in video file (MP4) is preferred. For separate audio files, WAV or MP3 are accepted.

Volume/Levels: Ensure consistent volume throughout; avoid clipping or distortion.


3️⃣ File Upload Guidelines

Accepted Video Formats: MP4 (H.264), MOV

Accepted Audio Formats: WAV, MP3

Naming Convention: Use clear file names: ArtistName_ShowTitle_DateOfEvent.mp4.

Pre-Processing: Ensure all videos are fully edited, rendered, and tested for playback before upload.


4️⃣ Streaming Quality Best Practices

Lighting: Use soft, even lighting to avoid shadows or flickering.

Background: Minimal distractions; neutral backdrop or branded set.

Camera: External webcam or DSLR preferred over phone camera for professional quality, but we get it - use what you have!

Microphone: External USB/XLR mic recommended over built-in camera mic.


5️⃣ Optional Enhancements

Include intro/outro graphics and lower-thirds for names or titles.

Use stabilization tools if filming handheld.

Test playback on multiple devices (desktop, tablet, mobile) to ensure quality.

A: AmpliViibe pays all artists in the platform’s default payout currency of USD. Any currency exchange fees or losses resulting from converting funds into your local currency are the responsibility of the artist. This includes fees charged by banks, payment processors, or other intermediaries. AmpliViibe does not absorb currency conversion costs, and payouts are calculated based on the gross revenue in the platform’s payout currency.

Tip: International artists may consider maintaining a bank account in the platform’s payout currency to minimize exchange fees.
