User-generated content remains the property of the user, but by submitting content, you grant AmpliViibe, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the Services.

Payments are processed securely, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.
All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, will not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the past 12 months, or $100 if no payment was made.

10. Termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Users accessing the Services from outside the United States are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Community Standards & Prohibited Content
To protect the safety, integrity, and creative freedom of all users, AmpliViibe maintains clear standards for acceptable use of the platform. By accessing or using AmpliViibe, you agree not to post, share, upload, transmit, or engage in any conduct that:
1. Violent or Harmful Conduct
Depicts, promotes, or glorifies violence, physical harm, threats, or dangerous behavior.
Encourages self-harm, injury, or acts intended to endanger others.
2. Sexually Explicit or Adult Content
Contains pornography, graphic sexual acts, explicit nudity, or fetish content.
Targets or exploits any individual in a sexual manner, including minors (zero tolerance).
3. Harassment, Abuse, or Hate
Bullies, harasses, or intimidates individuals or groups.
Expresses or encourages hate, discrimination, or hostility based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any legally protected class.
4. Illegal, Malicious, or Exploitative Activity
Violates any local, national, or international law.
Promotes or facilitates fraud, scams, hacking, or malicious intent.
Exploits individuals, including minors, vulnerable persons, or animals.
5. Harmful, Misleading, or Dangerous Content
Shares misinformation that could cause harm.
Promotes unsafe activities, weapons misuse, or hazardous behavior.
6. Intellectual Property & Privacy Violations
Uploads or distributes content you do not own or have legal rights to use.
Infringes copyright, trademark, publicity rights, confidentiality, or other legal protections.
Discloses private or personal information about others without consent.
7. Spam, Manipulation, or Unauthorized Commercial Use
Sends unsolicited messages, spam, or deceptive promotional content.
Attempts to manipulate platform metrics, algorithms, payments, or reputation systems.
Engages in commercial activity not permitted by AmpliViibe’s creator guidelines.
8. Any Other Conduct That Undermines Safety or Community Integrity
AmpliViibe reserves the right to remove content or restrict access to accounts that violate these standards or otherwise compromise the wellbeing, experience, or safety of our community.
Enforcement
AmpliViibe may take appropriate action—including content removal, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination—at its sole discretion if a user violates these Terms or poses a risk to the platform or its members.
